Crane Estate | Ipswich MA
We officially started our homeschool year in September, and on many warm days we were able to enjoy an outdoor classroom experience. The Crane Estate is full of history, art, culture, and nature, and is a magical place to spend the day! We bought a pass this year, and spent many days playing and exploring. We often set up a blanket with art supplies, good storybooks, and yummy snacks. We spent most of our time this season in the Italian garden, and in the lower rose garden (newly renovated this year). I spent many years providing wedding flowers for celebrations at the Crane Estate, and I am so thankful that this amazing property is open to the public. It is beautifully maintained and offers a chance to run around and imagine what it would have been like to live there.
